RCS Construction, LLC was organized in February 2006 to produce and fabricate rebar in a controlled environment for IBK's concrete superstructure projects. Computerized and technologically advanced state of the art equipment is utilized to fabricate al of the required rear needed for a specific project. The indoor mechanized process significantly reduces field labor costs and limits related down time on the job site. The automated benders and coil machines perform complicaed bends of rebar that also reduce on-site labor costs. The prefabricated rebar, supports and wire materials are delivered to the job site. This process is an added benefit since he need for onsite storage is reduced, this also preventing theft. RCS gives IBK another competitive edge that is passed onto their valued clients.
