With twenty - six years of construction related experience both in the United States and abroad, Vlad Lyubarsky is truly a veteran in the construction industry. Mr. Lyubarsky's expertise stems from the attainment of 2 Bachelor degree's in Engineering from Universities in Moldova. Upon graduation Mr. Lyubarsky quickly became a Chief Engineer and Project Manager for the construction of a new concrete reinforced powerstation and water pumping plant in Moldova. After his arrival to the United States, Mr. Lyubarksy quickly applied his professional knowledge and skill to launch IBK Enterprises and more currently IBK Construction Group LLC. Since the beginning of IBK in 1995, Mr. Lyubarsky has completed scores of concrete highrise superstructure projects in the New York, Metropolitan area ranging in contract value of $400,000.00 to over $600.000.00. Vlad Lyubarsky is an innovator in the field of concrete superstructure construction, employing a unique prefabricated concrete form system that enables IBK to reduce labor costs and increase productivity.

His partner, Alexander Tukmanian has a varied professional and academic back ground that has allowed him to blend both technical knowledge and financial savvy to IBK.He joined IBK as a Vice President and fifty percent shareholder in 2007. Mr. Tukmanian holds a Civil Engineering Degree from Uzbekistan and has over twenty years of real estate development and construction related experience.

Mr. Tukmanian and Mr. Lyubarksy have worked together since the Mid 1990's on various projects. In 2000 they  and other partners formed, Downtown Real Properties. Over the years IBK completed several projects with Downtown Real Properties, mostly  notably , 358 Grove Street in Brooklyn NY. This project is a 14 story condominium.

With an ethic of hard work and dedication over the last twelve years, Mr. Lyubarksy and Mr. Tukmanian  have made IBK into a $30 million per year revenue based company.  Mr. Tukmanian's strong professional  and administrative background perfectly compliments Mr. Lyubarsky's technical and engineering background making then well suited to run IBK Construction Group LLC.
